Catch shots from September
Early in the month conditions started to change from super high pressure and warm bright days to chillier, blustery and wetter conditions. As a result the fish slowly switched on with Dean catching these two stunners on his 72 hour trip.
Conditions continued to improve from a fishing point of view and the following week Ben and Sean took advantage of it. Here's some stunning fish from their week.
Towards the end of the week the conditions got worse, it cleared, the pressure went up and it started to heat up again. This slowed the fishing down for the lads.
Last week Jeremy had the lake to himself. Conditions were tough and with only one angler they were clearly keeping clear of him.
However he managed a breeze bloc of a carp and a new PB of 36.7lbs.
Well done to all of the anglers. Fingers crossed that the fishing in October keeps on improving.
